By accessing, registering on, or using the betbero platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with betbero's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the betbero Platform and close your account. betbero reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and betbero with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and betbero relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use betbero. This requirement is mandatory under the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. betbero strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Identity Verification. betbero requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). betbero reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) betbero account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. betbero is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. betbero is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. betbero reserves the right to block access from restricted jurisdictions.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbero account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify betbero immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. betbero will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your betbero account, whether or not authorised by you. betbero reserves the right to void bets and withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected unauthorised account activity.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. betbero strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While betbero provides security tools, the ultimate responsibility for account security rests with the account holder.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betbero accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). betbero does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on betbero is ₱100. betbero reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day. betbero reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. betbero complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. betbero reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. betbero reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to affected players in advance.
5.1 General. betbero may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. betbero reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. betbero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
6.1 Binding Nature of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed on betbero, it is final and binding. betbero does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error (see clause 6.3).
6.2 Game Rules. Each game category on betbero — including live casino, slots, bingo, racing, and Monster Mine — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.
6.3 Manifest Error. betbero reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a manifest error (e.g., a technical glitch, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction). In such cases, betbero will refund the original stake to the player's account.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, betbero's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Outcomes will be determined based on the recorded state. betbero is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on betbero and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the betbero Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of betbero or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. betbero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use betbero's name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from betbero. Unauthorised use of betbero's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
9.1 Platform Availability. betbero does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond betbero's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betbero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. betbero's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betbero account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. betbero integrates third-party services including payment processors and game providers. betbero is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider, except to the extent required by applicable law.
10.1 Suspension by betbero. betbero reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betbero reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a suspended or terminated account will be handled in accordance with betbero's investigation findings. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your betbero account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through betbero's Responsible Gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. See Section 11 for further details.

12.2 Data Security. betbero implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and betbero cannot guarantee absolute data security.
12.3 Data Sharing. betbero may share your personal data with third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations. betbero does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.4 Regulatory Disclosure. betbero may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and betbero, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting betbero's customer support team. betbero will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in betbero's complaints procedure. Details of this process are available from betbero's customer support team.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to clause 13.2, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the informal or formal dispute resolution processes described above.
14.1 Right to Amend. betbero reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betbero will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the betbero Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
14.3 Version History. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. betbero recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
