However, core identity details like your full name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification, as these are tied to your verified identity documents. If you need to correct an error in your name or birthdate, please contact our support team with supporting documentation and we'll assist you through the process.

If you wish to permanently close your betbero account, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Once an account is permanently closed, it cannot be reopened.
